Conversation with Us

If your application resonates, we'll invite you to a one-hour conversation with Latham and Justin. This is how we figure out if we're right for each other.

Join the Community

Once approved, you'll complete payment and receive onboarding instructions. We'll add you to the WhatsApp channels, send you the member directory, and introduce you to your Core Family. Welcome to Real Work.

Common questions

"I'm not sure I have time for this."
The real commitment is 90 minutes every three weeks for your Core Family, plus a community call every six weeks. This isn't a part-time job. The question isn't whether you have time. It's whether you'll make time for the people who sharpen you.
"I can't go all in—I have work and other commitments."
Real Work isn't for people who have it figured out. It's for people building something ambitious while juggling everything else. You don't need to be "all in" already. You need to want to become more—with people who push you.
"My spouse isn't fully on board."
Both parents don't need to participate equally. But both need to believe in the vision. If your spouse is skeptical, invite them to the founder call. Let them ask their questions directly.
"Why pay for this when free homeschool groups exist?"
Free groups are valuable for swapping resources. Real Work is for parents who want to be challenged, held accountable, and surrounded by families whose ambition matches their own. The vetting is the value—and the relationships that become possible because of it.
